The Seiko 7019 is a robust automatic only movement produced from the late 1960s through the 1970s It runs at 21,600 beats and features 21 jewels. The movement includes Seiko’s efficient Magic Lever winding system, quick-set day and date functions, date sets with the crown pulled one click and rotating, and the day changes by pressing the crown in fully.

The Seiko Actus line, often branded as Seiko 5 Actus, was produced primarily in the early to mid-1970s and sold mainly within Japan. It was designed as a youthful, design-forward alternative to Seiko’s more conservative lines — sitting between everyday Seiko automatics and the higher-end King and Grand Seiko ranges.
