The Seiko Lord Matic is a distinguished line introduced by Seiko to continue the legacy of the Lord Marvel, setting a high standard for the series. A BIT OF TRIVIA

The Lord Matic was produced by both the Suwa Seikosha (makers of Grand Seiko) and Daini Seikosha (makers of King Seiko). The Suwa Seikosha factory manufactured models equipped with the 5600-series movements, while Daini Seikosha produced models with the 5100-series and 5200-series calibres.

Seiko’s marketing positioned the Lord Matic as a timepiece for ambitious individuals. Today, it has become a sought-after model among vintage watch collectors, recognized for its quality and historical value.
